1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TaskCheck+ ("the App"), whether on mobile or web, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TaskCheck+ is a productivity platform that allows teams and businesses to manage tasks, track progress, and collaborate within private "pods." Access is invitation-based and managed by administrators.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this app. By using the app, you represent that you have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.

4. Account Registration

Accounts are created by administrators on behalf of users. You agree to provide accurate information (name, email, location) and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to access, reverse-engineer, or disrupt any part of the App's infrastructure.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

6. Paid Plans and Subscriptions

Future versions of TaskCheck+ may include paid plans. Payment terms, renewal options, and cancellation policies will be disclosed at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of TaskCheck+ (including software, design, and trademarks) are owned by 168th Street Entertainment LLC and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any portion of the App without permission.

8. Third-Party Services

TaskCheck+ uses Firebase (for authentication and data storage) and Google Analytics (for performance insights). These services have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply in addition to ours. For more information on how we handle your data, please see our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 168th Street Entertainment LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including data loss, system errors, or service interruptions.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 168th Street Entertainment LLC, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use or misuse of the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
